UMiCef Changes!

UMiCef has changed a bit, here’s what’s new.

Instead of items being put into a chest and then being picked up by a minecart, they are placed into a SQLite database. You still can go to UMiCef and donate like normal, but the storage system has changed. There is also a new command added for all. You can now do /umi donate (item) (amount) – this will simple donate that x amount of items if you have them in your inventory. Please note that due to item handling with Vault, the donate command may be picky for things that use data values such as saplings, logs, leaves, etc – the chest will accept all of these without issue however.

What does the new storage mean for you? It means that we are better able to take inventory of all the items and more easily give them out. Within the next little bit (few days), I will be going through the UMiCef forum and be doing some house cleaning, hopefully we’ll actually be able give out some of the items we have in the future! That being said, anyone who wants items for their  own project should donate themselves just to be kind to others who have donated for your possible project!
